The reason some of the pages are locked is to prevent users adding solutions that are more likely to confuse than help other users. The locked pages are considered stable working solutions and are needed by new users in order to setup a working TiVo in South Africa. If you would like to have changes made to any of the locked pages add your changes to the TivoZA Sandbox and if they are determined to be useful to most users then they will be added to the locked page content.

If you would like to add a new FAQ page or any other page for that matter you can add a link to your page in the TivoZA Sandbox and edit it from there. Pages considered helpful to other users will be moved across to the FAQ section of the site.
